The Sleep Deep Method Online Group Coaching Program 30-day course gives you the mindsets, tools and techniques you need to your  sleep problems. You’ll discover effective ways to switch off, sleep through the night and wake up energised in the morning. 


And you will be able to use the extra energy you have to get more done during the day giving you back precious hours every day. It doesn’t matter if you’re currently struggling to switch off in the evening, wake up in the middle of the night or just feel tired in the mornings.


Take action on the knowledge, tools and techniques you’ll gain through the program and at the end of the 30 days you’ll wake up with a new sense of control over your sleep. You’ll greatly reduce any feelings of tiredness or overwhelm and most importantly, you’ll have time for the things that matter to you.

A month of live video training and Q&A sessions

The Sleep Deep Method Online Group Coaching Program helps you to find the root of your problems and provides you with effective tools and techniques to overcome your sleep problems.


That is why each module includes a live video training with Beatrix that guides your through the most important elements of what helps any individual sleep well consistently every night.


At the end of each session, you will have the opportunity to ask your individual questions to assure that you are able to complete the course successfully. 


To make sure that you will have enough support during the group program, the number of participants are limited to a maximum of 20 people. 


The steps of the program are easy to follow. Simply do the exercises and by the end of the program you will be able to get to sleep easier, sleep through the night and wake up more energised. 


The program is broken into 4 modules that are the most important part of sleeping well at night and form the foundations of The Sleep Deep Method and covering your entire 24 hours. 

We will start with looking at what actually causes your sleep disturbance or possibly insomnia. This varies from person to person and with the help of Beatrix, we will look at the different areas of your life and pinpoint the actual and real reason you might not be able to switch off, sleep through the night or wake up refreshed in the morning.


There is no one-size-fits-all solution, this is the reason we need to dig a bit deeper than just why you might be tired. We will then start putting and actual plan in place for you to start working on overcoming your sleep problems.


Wednesday, 2nd May 2018 - 7 pm GMT

One of the most common issues Beatrix comes across in her private practice is the client's ability to truly switch off and rest peacefully at night. This not only causes people like you to unable to get to sleep at night but also to wake up in the middle of the night and unable to get back to sleep, waking up tired and often exhausted before your day even begins.


Effective techniques to switching off can vary on personality types and personal circumstances, therefore what works for one person may not work for others. During this module, we will go through various techniques that you can use straight away to start designing a bedtime routine that works for you.


Tuesday, 8th May 2018 - 7pm GMT

Continuing our work from switching off, we turn our attention to the very important sleep environment that becomes part of our bedtime routine. Having a relaxing bedroom as well as an equally complimentary bedtime routine can be a very simple way to let your body and mind know that it is time to prepare for bed and rest peacefully at night.


From the time you have to go to bed and the time you have to get up, as well as looking at your bedroom environment, we will work together to create a personalised plan that will actually work for you and your current lifestyle.


Tuesday, 15th May 2018 - 7 pm  GMT

The fourth element of healthy and recharging sleep is to look at supporting your body correctly during the day as well. During our final module we will look at ways that you can wake up with energy and maintain your energy levels during the day. 


Having enough energy during the day for you to truly live a fulfilling life is a very crucial part of The Sleep Deep Method. When you sleep well, you live well: you are energised mentally and physically, you are able to handle challenges better and make decisions faster, you are inspired and driven, actually giving time back to you during the day to achieve those precious goals that you have in life. 


Tuesday, 22nd May 2018 - 7 pm GMT
